Don't waste your time. Terrible service, customer is always wrong even when proven right. Prepaid a 10 session pass Sep 2019 not being informed of a time limit. Had 2 sessions before my baby, c section (6 week recovery/no driving) before COVID hit and shop was shut for 7 weeks. I made an appointment via Facebook "Book Now" for June 15 and called, leaving a message to confirm. Heard nothing. My mother came to baby sit from Brisbane and when I arrived I was told I didn't have an appointment and I didn't book correctly. When I phoned to make my 3rd appointment (number incorrect on prepaid card and fb), I was informed my card was expired. No expiry on card and when I checked terms and conditions, nothing about the prepaid card (I have screenshots of this). 313 has been stolen from me (8 treatmemts) and Terms and Conditions changed upon challenge of rude dimiss of my evidence. Refused a refund, verbally promised treatments for my partner as I no longer feel comfortable attending, to the value then failed to contact within 2 weeks despite 3 calls, 2 face to face drop ins and a request for email to prove paid as requested (all initiated by myself and my partner). No attempts were made to contact back or make anything right. Proof of my being correct was in the fact that the company changed their terms and conditions after my argument and very specifically to address my argument. They have not compensated the money or honoured their verbal agreement to provide the credit and contact myself or my partner back as promised each time. I am disgusted in the manager's inability to admit fault, apologise and make right the issue at hand. Worst service I have ever had. I consider this theft.

I have had electrolysis with both Willeke and Alana for a long while, they are so caring and wonderful girls.
Willeke is professional and is always a pleasure to deal with. The results of my treatment have been better than I imagined and I will not hesitate recommending them in the future.
I have been coming here for awhile now but won't be returning due to a total lack of communication and disregard for messages left on their voicemail. I spoke to Alana earlier in the same week to make an appointment for a facial and laser treatment for myself on 29th May. At no time did she tell me it was a local show holiday and that they would be closed. I drove 40 minutes there and 40 minutes back for this appointment. I find it very rude and ignorant that no one bothered to call me to reschedule my appointment prior to my arrival. When I found the doors locked I rang and left a message on the phone number they have listed on their website and brochures but STILL after 5 days no one has bothered to call me back and apologise. This is very rude and extremely bad customer service.
Had tattoo removal done. Burnt me bad. Went in to express concern and was told “it was normal” in an unkind manner which from previous treatments from other clinics I knew this was untrue. Had to seek medical attention and second opinions from other laser technicians. Permanently scarred from this experience. Edit this was in March last year. The managers concern now and reporting of this factual ordeal is quite sad.
With great friendly staff and equipment I felt relaxed and confident that my procedure would be a success. I left with beautiful products and information about aftercare. I highly recommend this clinic they are professional and welcoming. I will definitely be going back for many more treatments.
The clinic is professional and advanced in their knowhow/abilities. Service is very kind and informative. Willaka who I like to go to, is so fast and accurate at the electrolysis it is not an ordeal - and that's from someone who was told they were the biggest wimp of a prior therapist I like the specials for the luxury of it and because it introduces you to the top of the advances in skin care. Calloundra is so beautiful and the clinic is in a top spot so many other things are possible to be done around the appointment.
