When it comes to Government services nothing is ever perfect. But the staff at this branch are extremely helpful and efficient. Out of all the ones I've been to over the decade with my disability needs this one has by far the best. Staff are excellent and this branch is usually busy (I'm sure because they are better than many other locations). Hope they keep up the great work 10/10

Had simple task to complete but front desk staffer was quite unhelpful and definitely not very friendly. I know it must be a tedious job but at least be courteous to clients. Must have had a bad weekend...
What's the point of a phone number if you can't speak to anyone. Why is it so hard for the government to just have a branch number in your area, just like every other business has.

Just had an appointment with my daughter and we were served by Brian at Caloundra, what an absolute champion!! Wonderful service, he was so funny and very helpful, made an otherwise tedious experience enjoyable! Thanks Brian, hope to see you at City Edge Church one day ️
There services could be a lot quick
Takes too long staff there are very slow. One Woman there is very rude & is very abrupt. Be prepared for a long wait
