Well Matt i can only apologise for your experience with us as this was never our intent. You never mentioned you wished to go the appeal process but congratulations on your success. I am old school when it comes to confrontation and i only wish you would have confronted me direct and discussed the matter to reach an amicable solution. Anybody can sit on the computer and make comments on a persons abilities or professionalism relating to their business but to talk face to face would have been my preference. I have been in this business for 15 years and i have 99.9% satisfactory comments and .1% unsatisfactory so i suppose that is what i have to accept. Once again well done on your appeal.

Wanted to support locally but would never recommend this company.. Firstly I sought advice from CBA's on my Relaxation Application... Was told by CBA it would be no problem... They took my money and initially incorrectly submitted a wrong application to Council... Then after a month went by they submitted the correct application - this was after delicate communication with the guarded receptionist... Council then rejected the application (contrary to CBA's advice to me)... CBA then offered no support or advice to me, with Bruce responding "What do ya what me to do, they said no!"..... As a general member (with no certification or planning experience) of the public, I was then forced to act on my own... After personally submitting an appeal to the QLD Development Tribunal, without CBA's assistance, I represented myself and had the rejected decision overturned.... (Beggars belief really) In my experience they took my money and offered little to none of the promised service, with not even an apology for their own errors... Needless to say I have found a more competent Certifier..
