Blue Care has just put on a fantastic 100th birthday party for my mum. They have gone above and beyond what they needed to do. It was such a lovely happy occasion, really appreciated by our family. Thank you so much Blue Care. Special thanks to Sam and James - you're the best!!

Been with Bluecare for over 14 months and they do not attend to my requests, have sent emails but do not return. They leave no alternative and that is to change to another service provider. Not happy chappy They are to big to tackle. WILL SEE IF I GET REPLY TO THIS REVIEW

Mum has been here for 4 years & we are very happy with everyone & everything there. It is a nice friendly atmosphere & always very clean & well maintained. Thank you Sam for the extra lengths you go to

Mum has not long moved in here and the staff are very kind to her. They are very helpful with whole process and easy to communicate with. It has now been just over 12 months since Mum moved into Waroona. We are so glad she is here, especially during Covid, because the facility has been so diligently and compassionately managed through the whole process. The manager is kind and often chats with Mum when she sits out the front enjoying the sun and fresh air. Mum says the food is good and she loves her outdoor room that is filled with the things she loves- mainly her flowering potted plants! She enjoys the craft class where she is knitting squares for rugs and the exercise classes are helping with strength in her legs. She is looking forward to the bus trips returning after covid.

All round bad experience. Poor systems in place. No continuity of care. Poor food. Staff are 'nice', but don't do their job properly. Many (not all) staff have a very poor work ethic. eg. 'they say they are too busy to do a work related task, but then have time to stand around and talk about their dog and their grandchildren'. There is little accountability and a very high turnover of carers and registered nurses - hence no continuity of care. Insufficient resources to provide Physiotherapy to help residents to get back on their feet after illness. I'm guessing the positive reviews below were posted by people who have very little to do with the facility. The physical building and gardens are nice, but that's were the positives end.

I arranged with entertainment dept at Blue Care Aminya to have myself & children perform some instrumental music for mum and four other residents on Xmas Eve. We were told by Sam (entertainment dept) that mum would be moved by staff to the entertainment room at 10.30am for performance on the day. The Head Nurse in attendance on Xmas Eve said, "No we are not moving your mum to the Entertainment Room." We then performed instrumental music in mum's room which was very crowded with residents and relatives (approx 11 people) in one small room. Thanks for that.
