I just purchased a new shaver from this store. The salesperson Merinda B was very pleasant to deal with, she knows the products, was bright and enthusiastic, and was willing to spend the time to talk to me. My past experiences with other staff did not leave me feeling as good about shopping there.

Great service. My Braun shaver lost battery power unexpectedly while visiting from Sydney for 2 days (so charge cable at home) so I popped in for some troubleshooting and much needed charge late yesterday. All sorted in 10 minutes. Well done highly recommended.

Absolutely outstanding and wonderful. The sales assistant, I think her name is Merinda, was very friendly, Happy and super helpful, she helped me out with a warranty on a Oral B tooth brush, nothing was to much trouble for her, she even went down to the store room to get me a replacement the right colour. Love your work will definitely shop there again! :)

It's really simple: customer service .. there wasn't any! I stood there patiently at the counter waiting for service. It's just post Christmas and its busy .. fair enough, I'm not in any hurry and I'm a patient person. The two service reps were under the pump, anyone could see that, anyone could see that being patient was necessary, BUT all I wanted, was just one of those service people to acknowledge me and say "oh sorry, I'll be with you soon" (or something) and I would have been fine ... but it wasn't forthcoming. After about 3.5 - 4 min (think about that), my patience ran out, and so did I. Bought my spare blades online!
