I WILL NEVER GO BACK WITH THESE GUYS, they do not have a customer care department, i had been affected by the covid so i have to go back to my country when i pay more than one month and i was a week with the van...... I say to them to make 50 50 ....so they do not loose all the booking and i do not loose all the money.... i was a dreamer.... HIS CUSTOMER CARE NEVER REPLY ME. NOT EVEN TO SAY NO. NO REPLY AT ALL. NEVER. NO help , no humanity , no answer..... DO NOT GO WITH THEM. if something happen THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HELP YOU. Much better go with Travel Wheels SAME PRICE AND YES, They HELP PEOPLE..
Had the best experience renting a car from Wicked Campers for the day. The girl we dealt with was incredible from start to finish, no matter how many silly questions we asked. The car was in great condition and drove great, with the added benefit of epic paintwork. Would 100% recommend dealing with Wicked, a couple of people told us to steer clear due to “things they’d heard” but we were so glad we ignored that and went ahead with it. Will definitely be using them again in future.
Thanks for everything. Our Spring break trip wouldn't have been the same without your/our cool campervan :') Thanks a lot to the girl that was at the desk that day, she cleared up all the doubts we had. Besides, we could take some bed sheets, pillows and tea towels, so we didn't have to buy them.
Never get your car from here, they rip you off!!! They have by far been the most terrible service I’ve ever encountered. They took 350 dollars of my account without giving ANY notice and we’ve been trying to get in contact with them for weeks but nobody is responding to our e-mails where we repeatedly ask them to call us as calling them doesn’t work. When we call them, the people are extremely rude and unhelpful and only scream to us that they will bring us to court. We have been trying to have a calm conversation with them and talk about our issue but they are simply not wanting to do that. I would not recommend my worst enemy to ever hire a car from this company as they have the worst customer service and would always find ways to rip you off!!!
