Very informative and understanding with me! Very friendly and welcoming; Ash was very thorough with his explanation on what my next options were and the potential cost! I am also a second year university student and he had helped me save a couple of bucks by picking out the right laptop (I was about to go with a pro because I thought that was the only type of device/model that had the features I wanted). I was also very amazed with how I would be able to get my new device tomorrow! Thank you very much for your help!

Do not go to this store! This is a rip off! I got ripped off here. Paid 40 for fixing the two phones, they never fixed the phone. The guy did not tell me at the first stage that there is 20 for Initial diagnosis Service. So I ended up paying 40 for nothing. He said Test and Diagose Computer is 25/each eventhough I Gave him my 2 iphones. (Computers vs Iphones) ?? Secondly , I got charged 20/each. On the price lists, nothing shows 20 for any service. "Your Computer Expert" Price List is shown on the left corner where customers dont usually look. The guy who works here is a total rip off merchant and a fraudster. Be careful for scam here. He was very rude and obnoxious. He refused to refund .
I have read some reviews about this service centre. Specially, Tam Dang and James Nguyen. From the photo it's clearly says about diagnosis fee. I wander why people want everything free? Why you guy's don't wanna pay? Computer Service centre spends hours for diagnosis report and help you guys and you want free service? Come on! This is un Australian! Tam Dang and James Nguyen you guys are most negative people and dole bludger! At Eye communications I had wonderful experience in terms of service and honest advice. I would recommend all customer please do not follow Tam dang and James Nguyen feedbacks. Some people never happy in their life, and these people are one of them. Thanks again to Eye communication for looking after my iMac 27", it's perfectly working.

I am from china, come to visit Australia for few days. My phone and Macbook is everything for me. All information in my macbook. But suddenly dropped some coffee on my macbook! After that its doesn't switch on and nothing was working! I was so worried don't know what to do! Search online and found "Eye Communication " in Cabramatta. Give them call immediately. They gave me safety advise first, told me not to charge and switch on the computer. I rush to them and ask for help. They did assessment and give me repair cost. they explain me whats the issues with liquid damaged macbook. The technician is very experience and highly professional. After one day I got my macbook, everything working perfectly. Sooooo happy! Thank you Eye communications.
PLEASE READ BEFORE COMING HERE! I've never written a review before but I felt the need to warn others to STAY AWAY from this place. I came here to fix my computer because it overheated and they charged me 150 for a cheap PSU (I didn't know much better but you can get QUALITY PSU for cheaper) that lasted ONE WEEK. The PSU failed after I installed new parts with my computer technician friend who has experience in building multiple systems yet it failed to turn on. Upon returning to the shop, they diagnosed it as a faulty motherboard and that it will not turn on at all. I took it to MWAVE instead they assured me the motherboard was booting fine and that the problem was the PSU not working. I tried to get a refund for both the diagnosis and PSU however they said I voided my warranty by even OPENING the case and told me cause I was inexperienced I ruined my PC, what I didn't tell them was I didn't install my parts but my COMPUTER TECHNICIAN friend did. When I told them about trying to get a refund for the wrong diagnosis, they revoked their statement of the PC not turning on and changed it to "the PC would turn on but restart constantly" which coincidently only happened at their shop but the PC would not boot at my house or my friends house. I ended up getting a new PSU from JWComputers for a higher quality & same price now my PC works fine. TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND GO ELSEWHERE.
