Submitted false information about a party to court, upended a family's lives, and behaves with a very large degree of bias and spite despite never having met the party that she willingly lied about in a court of law. Good luck to anyone who chooses to deal with her or any people who have no choice but to. In my humble opinion seems to have an extremely strong bias towards fathers, despite their clear pitfalls in their parenting, four years of chosen absence to begin with. Absolutely horrifying that an apparent professional charged with the responsibility of enforcing the wellbeing of children, in this case children with very evident Autism, has no qualms about negatively impacting their lives and has the callousness of referring to my newborn child who I was forced to breastfeed in court as The Kid in the most spiteful tone of voice I have ever heard. And by the way, The Kid is now 192 days old and doing absolutely beautifully.
Seemed interested in my divorce enquiry and willing to listen.
If you are unfortunate enough to have this woman appointed as the ICL in your family court case, you have my deepest and most sincere sympathies. The most biased, aggressive and spiteful woman who has never even met me nor cares in any way for acting to any degree of objectivity. She has no qualms at submitting unlawful and false information and I only hope that eventually she will be held accountable for such disgraceful behaviour.
