I spoke with Rob through the whole experience. Absolutely lovely, down to earth guy who made the whole process really easy. I booked my car in on Thursday afternoon for a service and had it in the shop by Monday morning. Dropped it off at 9am and received it back at 3pm. Couldn't be happier with the service.
