The customer service was great! Everyone was very welcoming. I bought my very first bike here, everyone there made it so much fun. Especially Milky! Parts, sales no problems but don't go anywhere near the service, they will butcher your bike, they butchered mine, left deep score marks all over my wheels when replacing tyres, manager refused to fix the problem, rang his manager but nothing has been done, best thing to do is give them a miss, not worth the trouble, very disappointed these are just two deep scores their are more.
Husband went and paid 100% cash for a brand new bike today, the sales person who showed and gave him the bike knew nothing about it at all couldn’t answer any questions just tried to sell him accessories instead. You would think paying “so much” money up front you would receive excellent customer service. Literally a walk in hand over cash quick sale no hesitation. But no didn’t even help him with the bike gave it to him and left him out the front to sort it him self to get onto Ute. Zero knowledge and zero customer service
Had a idea on what l wanted but Dan and Mr Knowledge himself Milky was able to kit me out looking my safety. Thanks to all the guys at Caboolture brought on Thursday l think and deliver on Monday. Outstanding service.
Easy to deal with, communicated effectively, not pushy and would recommend purchasing a Motorcycle from these guys like I did, can service your purchase at Caboolture or Windsor with them or manufacturer aswell which is great.
First and foremost I would like to thank Bree, Pam and David, for the excellent customer service that I received in the 6 months whilst rebuilding my motorcycle. HOWEVER. After completing my rebuild and bringing my bike in for a few tweaks, safety and roadworthy I was quoted 4,000 plus 16 hours of diagnosing at 110 an hour, for a job that did not need to be done. So they thought they knew what the problem was yet they still needed 16 hours? By all means, enjoy the front of house service that you will receive. But BEWARE you will be ripped off by the service department. Get a second opinion. I did and the job that the service department, quoted at 4000 dollars ended up being a 100 job. They will quote you worst case scenario without even looking at the simplest form of correction. Go somewhere else to service your motorcycle. Not only that trying to convey what I needed done to my bike, I was shut down and told that I was holding other people up, I wasn't even in there for 5 minutes. I feel so sorry for the excellent staff in the store, The service department are low life thieves.
Where do I start?? David, Nick and Tyson have made a dream come true and are great staff with unbelievably amazing customer service. From day dot of me wanting to buy a motorcycle nick lead me in the right direction with no dramas. David showed me everything to do with safety gear, what’s safest, whats stronger etc and even offered to ride with me while I’m on my learners so I can get more experience, CHAMPION. Tyson was a breeze to work with and I’m glad I went through Brisbane motorcycles Caboolture. Being 18 he really made the process easy for me, taking the time to work out better deals and quotes for insurance etc. Me being so young And never having to do or make a purchase like this, he made sure he ran me through everything with detail and got the deal done. if your looking to finance or buy a bike go and see these boys! They are like the ninga H2 of people, amazing! Thank you boys yet again I appreciate taking the time and dealing with me, I love the 650 and it’s already got 100km on it AHAHA. Thank you kings
