Absolutely love the care provided every-time I visit Allpets Caboolture. They always have times available for emergency and non emergency appointments even on very busy days unlike most vet clinics. The vets, nurses & reception staff are all amazing, helpful and informative. I always leave knowing our animals are in the best of care. Allpets offer so many different top star facilities, they have everything your animals needs in the one building. Will forever be a client here and will always recommend this lovely place that really does care for the wellbeing of your animals.

If you love your pet, don’t go here! Absolutely terrible company in every possible way. Don’t even bother trying to contact management, she was just as bad, if not worse. Since establishing they were recommending treatments that were Not necessary (2nd & 3rd opinions!) I have had several friends say the same happened to their fur-babies. Do not use them!

Not happy with this Veterinarian Clinic, as a middle age to older female vet spoke to me like I should have known what was wrong with my animal.....if I had of known, I definitely wouldn’t of wasted my time or money at this vet. In saying that I now have found a great vet that aren’t condescending to their clients. Thanks Allpets for steering me elsewhere.

We had to cancel our pets upcoming stay for very valid and totally unforeseeable reasons. We offered a stat Dec as proof to Jessica. We were told we have lost our holding deposit. Money grabbing at its best and zero empathy. Having seen the reply from the business involved l feel compelled to add the following- I would be very careful of spuriously accusing me of abusive conduct. Need l say Julie how dare you. I fully expect a retraction. I take offence at being told your reasoning for withholding my deposit was that you have wages to pay and that your policy, written by a lawyer, is watertight which were your words verbatim. I appreciate, as you told me, that your business has suffered recently - these are hard times. I had very valid reasons for cancelling and this isn't about the money it is about empathy of which precious little was shown for my situation regarding a 97 year old. Please vent your frustrations elsewhere and don't direct them at me simply because you didn't like being told your attitude and pretty much a monologue made me feel ill. You have already caused me much distress so please do not add to it with further discourse delivered through your skewed perspective.

AllPets Caboolture has a low care and customer service for the animals and their owners. They are only there for the money. When you book your pets in for consultation for behaviour issues, you're made wait in the public waiting room. Causing undue stress for animals/ my fur baby. When I approached the counter staff with an enquiry as to what time my appointment was, I was given the response "The vets are busy today and they will get to you when they get to you". It is plain and obvious that Chelsie and Jessica have no idea of any level of animal management or care. Maybe because there just paid to take your money. As a client if you should speak up or challenge Jessica or Chelsie they just hung up the phone. Then send a text message stating they will not tolerate aggressive or abusive behaviour. Well Allpets, if this how you service your customers. Then it makes me ask myself how bad do you treat our pets? Actions speak louder than words. As a business owner myself I have found when you employ junior team members, generally you don't get much in return and damage control needs to be at the forefront of every business. WE would not recomend Allpets at Caboolture.
