We have recently had solar installations by Smart Energy, our experience was excellent. Jonathan was awesome and explained everything with expertise. It was quick and easy, the boys that installed were fast and reliable. Lovely follow up phone calls add to the pleasure of dealing with Smart Solar. We are so Happy now we are on the grid. Solar power fitted to my home was always an intention but last year, the more I enquired, the more confused I became. So I left it alone until January when I had a call out of the blue from Smart Energy Group. I just had a good feeling. From that first phone call, a representative called in to my home to discuss options tailored just for my needs. The plan was great, the best quality products ; there was no pressure, no running down opposition ; just facts and figures on predicted savings laid out in front of me. What I had envisaged to be a 15 minute presentation ended up to be about 3 hours and the representative left with a sale. My solar system was fitted promptly and efficiently by a company I have now utilised and recommended highly. Since my February install, the results have been awesome. No regrets. One of the best things I have ever done.
The service is great with 5 stars from office staff to salesman to installer and after serving to follow up with satisfaction. The quality is definitely better than our old system I guessed it must install with cheaper materials from previous owner of my house. However, the price is higher than other installers with the same brand panels and brand inverter as I got a lot of advertisements in Facebook from different companies which they showed how much the system installed with specific inverter and panels. I was not sure it is 100% satisfaction so I gave 4 stars. 1 missing star may for my double thought. As I did not get any other quotes from other companies prior to my contract of installation.
Just wanted to say I have had my system from Smart Energy for 6 months now and the results are incredible. Dropped my bill from 900 down to below 200. Thank you so much to a great team.
Smart energy have been fantastic to deal with from the beginning. I did not want a cheap option that had no after sales service and Smart energy provided great sales support and met all my needs. The were prompt and provided great advice on product choice. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in getting solar.
I have 22 panels with Smart Energy, I'm paying them off so may work out a bit dearer, but I was happy with their service etc. Did wonder if 22 panels are too many for 2 people though, our bill used to be over 400. Now sometimes less than 200. So thats pretty good so far.

Do not go with this company. I had a quote of 13,600 for a 19 panel system. Upon getting a local quote. I was quoted half the price for a quality system. They aim to gain your trust and sign you up straight away. Don’t bother. Go local and get locals to do the job.
