These guys sold me a faulty item and I brang it back to get it fixed then that caused another problem with the item. I then went to bring it back in and the store was closed at 5:10pm when it said it shuts at 5:30pm online. I would not recommend shopping here!
DONT GO HERE! The owner of this place is such a horrible person! He fully had a go at me when I came back with my bike a second time since they didnt fix my tyre properly the first time (the tyre only lasted for 15min) so I had to take it in a second time and he made me pay AGAIN! He wouldnt listen to me and just talked over me raising his voice and talked so rudely to me, I felt so bad and ripped off. I have been in town for years and have never been treated this bad as a customer. Will advice everyone not to go here for any matters!
Pretty run of the mill pawn shop. You can find some gems but a lot it really needs to be given to Vinnies or the Good Sams. Not really worth looking into. The owners are the type of guys who have to deal with some really bad customers and its a hard business , so I will always have a lot of respect for them for that but they will come off as though they don't want you in their store.

Brilliant customer service, Very Helpful & Easy to deal with. Always a pleasure dealing with Mark as he really knows what he's talking about. They have been in Byron for a long time now & are Awesome!!
Great guys - they loaned me a laptop charger to use as I forgot mine at home which helped me get a bunch of work done. Very much appreciated.
