Not sure where customer service has gone these days? I went into the store yesterday and they had a hat that I wanted for my child, they only had a small and large. After asking if they had a medium and they didn't I asked if they could see if the Burleigh Heads store had one as we were heading back that way. I was advised that they are not connected to that store so could not help. I get you may not be connected but you are the same company! The lady behind the counter says just ring them and see if they have one. Sure .... you could do that too if you actually wanted to offer customer service!
Very nice staff who were very friendly and helpful. I went in when it was extremely busy, but had all 3 staff members offer to help me.
We had awesome service from Tyler and a spot on surf report too..thanks very much dude, we had the best surf for 2 days thanks to you. Mel and Tracy
