I'm sure the art supplies are good, but, please, I implore everyone: DO NOT GET PAINTINGS PUT ON FRAMES HERE! I took a reasonable sized artwork (5 feet x 3 feet) in to get stretched on to a frame (near the end of June 2017 - the 22nd). I was advised that they were a bit busy at the moment and it might take "up to" three weeks. I thought that was fine as I wasn't in a huge rush. But, 6 weeks later and still no news (they were going to call me when it was done - and I had paid up front). So, I rang them (it was a Wednesday) and they advised me that it would be done by Friday, hopefully, but if not, definitely by the middle of the next week. Finally I received a call to say it was done (the next week), so I went in that day to pick it up. And, lo and behold, they came out with the wrong painting. After pointing it out, the same-guy-I-had-dealt-with-all-along asked, "Oh, which one is yours then?" So I had to identify which one I was after. I was then asked, AGAIN, which side I wanted as the top. I had advised him of this the first time I went in! I also noticed the wrong one he had brought out was stretched crooked. That didn't fill me with a great deal of confidence, but, I thought maybe that was a particularly difficult piece. Anyway, another three days later and I am called again and advised this time my piece is ready. After going in to pick it up I noticed that my painting was also crooked! He tried to convince me that the artist sometimes doesn't get the painting square. Yet, any layman could see that it wasn't narrowing at one end, it was out of line at opposing corners: that is not about whether the painting is square, that is simply not stretched straight. They clearly have absolutely no idea what they are doing. As I said at the beginning, their art supplies may well be fantastic, but they need to get out of the stretching business. THEY HAVE NO IDEA! I am currently getting it re-stretched at a competitor...

I have just recently had three pictures that held great meaning to me and therefore were very precious - framed by this establishment and I found them to be very professional, extremely helpful and when I picked up the frames two weeks later they were fantastic - I was so impressed with the service. My friend also had two canvases stretched that she brought back from Bali and again what an outstanding job - I will definitely be going back when I need more framing done!!

Dodgy business! Have waited so far for 2 months for my precious prints and photos to be framed, with no communication from the owners. I have tried calling, left messages and even asked for my things to be returned and my 250 deposit to be refunded, with none of my calls returned! The customer service is dreadful, even on a good day. I went back after a poor experience years ago, purely out of convenience - biggest mistake ever! Have had other friends with bad experiences as well.

I have to agree... in this Arty town, this place should rock! However, the service is offhand... Does not stock CLAY-- ?? ...in this pottery-crazy age. It's the basic standard of an Art shop: Paper. Paint. Clay. Where the clay at????? !!!!! ???? Could use a gentle loving bump to the rear ....And a lovely hippy lady selling Chai!

Shocker. Out of stock of alot of things. Customer service VERY SLOW, plus didn't have a handle on what their product range is.

Good prices and good quality, but the service needs to have a bit more of a "smile".
