Was there today and had the absolute best service from both the people working there. Super knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. Great range of shoes but unfortunately, didn't have the style I wanted in my size. But everything else was great! Keep it up!

The staff here are VERY helpful. They know their stuff and every time I go they have been very attentive and use their knowledge to try and help you find the best shoe for your foot. They have that foot machine which is really cool and and scans your foot so they know what shoe will be best for you. The shop itself is a little small which unfortunately limits the selection of shoes available. Another negative is the shoes are quite expensive. I know these types of shoes are expensive in general but I’ve seen the things they’re selling online for cheaper sometimes. In the age of online shopping, this place needs to lower its prices or it may disappear. That would be a loss because the staff are so helpful and it’s a great (and recommended) way to buy a shoe.

Absolutely excellent service. Jason the manager went above and beyond to get me the shoes I wanted. I really was impressed. All the staff are extremely helpful. I will try and buy all my shoes though their store. They are a first class store.

Worst service ever. I bought insoles for my work shoes and the woman said I could try it and return it within 13 days if I’m not satisfied. I attempted to return it and she ripped me off and refused to give me a refund. She forced me into buying shoes that were 220 and only discounted 39 out of 40. I ended up returning the shoes to a different athletes foot and i got nothing in return. Worst shop ever will not recommend to anyone. Don’t waste your money.

I always buy my running shoes here, the service has always been good. I actually had an issue with the last pair I bought and I was able to return and exchange them without a problem.

Worse customer service ever! The staff are not friendly and are so rude! I brought a pair of shoes in August for work. 2 months later the back part of the shoe broke. I went to return and just wanted an exchange, they refused and said it didn’t meet the 30 days and it’s my fault. I’ve had Kmart shoes and Sketchers that have lasted longer than this 220 pair of shoes. Go somewhere else!
