When to purchase a new phone and contract - they are willing to proceed with contract however would leave me with bill of 817 to sort out online because they couldn’t waive the extended bill that a old staff member caused. Not very helpful, they gave me a number to call to sort out today however didn’t realise service centre is closed.

I've now been with optus for about 5 years i went to this shop to upgrade my plan. Old Chinese lady was very rude and helpless. I left the shop very upset and called optus after care straight after. Best decision i've made. Cheaper plan for the same she told me and better attitude. May be its time to retired ?
Not enough staff. One girl was extremely rude. They did not help me at all. I have been a loyal Optus customer since they started. I am now considering other Telco's.
Brought in phone on two occasions, served by the same customer service representative by the name of Alex, Excellent customer service skills with great attitude towards resolving issues with handset for customer. Alex followed all procedural works, however was unable to resolve issue as it was server side. Contacted another Optus rep with server access to continue with resolution. Success. The only complaint is their feedback department, had to google review this. Other than that, quality choice in staff Optus. Love your work Alex. Keep it up.

Went to the Optus in George street in the CBD and the guy was awfully rude and could literally not care less about customer service but then I came to burwood optus on the same day and the young guy was really fast and efficient and helped me out with upgrading my iphone. Really appreciate the level of comfort! (Forgot his name but it was on the 11/8 around 4:30pm. Thank you!
