Just got my 5 wicked wings 5 minutes ago and the staff service is terrible. I dont expect any as fast food store but she didn’t even give me any napkins or asked me abt the bag. Only 2 customers (including me) at the time she served. Hope the manager team can do something. I really like the taste ( their chicken used to be salty but it is really good now) but it swings my mood when she served me Ps: the star point is for customer service attitude. As usual, i just want to say that if you expect someone serve you the same in some restaurants, please keep doing the same attitude. Also”dont let your bad day become someone bad time, they don’t involve to your story”

I thought Artarmon and Chatswood were bad but this takes the cake. Sloppy potato and gravy, cold soggy chips and what looked and tasted like day old chicken...never again!

I ordered 1 zinger box and 1 ultimate box and it cost around 22. I gave the cashier (Alice. D) 40 she still asked for more saying "it's 22" implying I owed her more money. I then replyed with "Thats 40" where she then quietly gave me my change and didn't look back at me. I'm guessing I looked like a foreigner (because I wear a scarf) and she thought I couldn't count Australian money. I felt disrespected and it wasn't right of her. The other lady that served us our food however, was very polite and kind though. KFC please educate your staff about these things. She tried to scam me off by 18.

Dont eat at burwood westfield kfc. This place is a joke. One lady in front of me had bought back I think it was raw chicken. The girl who took my order was arrogant. I ordered a large zinger box and only got a small fries and burger in the box. Only my drink was large. I was missing my potato and gravy and wicked wings. The chicken in the burger was spongey. Because I had travelled from 2 suburbs over, I didnt realise my order was wrong and disgusting til I got home. This isnt the first time ive had issues with this kfc in particular. But it will be my last. Not coming here ever again. And id advise anyone not to. Go to the one on Parramatta road next to maccas.

I just took one zinger box meal i would have given this kfc half star but i cant do there was no cutlery and napkins inside the box and chips was everywhere inside the box.
