I visited when it wasn't that busy. I paid 30 dollars and sang for almost 4.5 hrs! It took a while to get used to search for the songs. Even though the language setting is in english, most songs are written in mandarin. And sometimes the lyrics are shown in different languages. (For example, some parts of blinding lights are shown in spanish!) Other than that, it was a fantastic value for me haha. If you love singing for hours you should definitely give it a try

I really like this place, the price is cheap, the microphones are loud, audio is loud, I just wish they had more modern hip hop n rap songs available, seems that they need an update on the list of songs available on their English bands and English artists list, song selection is minimal.. Place is great though I will definitely go there again.

Horrible service. My group and I called up K Galaxy from the city and asked whether they had a room for 8 available. They said they did and we didn't need to book. When we arrived, they told us that they didn't have a room for us for another 15-30mins so we decided to wait for the room. After waiting for 30mins, we asked them again if the room is available only to have them tell us that the people in the room have extended their time and that if we wanted a room, we'd have to wait another 30mins. How ridiculous. We then asked whether we would be able to definitely get a room at 11pm only to have them tell us that the room would only fit 4 people! Don't lie and tell us you have rooms available when you obviously don't! We travelled from the city to Burwood for nothing. Waste of time!
