1.DO NOT HAVE CHARGING STANDARD! The doctor said around 400 for staying 1 night(from Friday to Saturday morning). The bill we received is over 900 without any explain. 2.DO NOT HAVE SENSE OF TIME. On Saturday, we didn't receive any phone call from them to let us pick up. We called them at 5:30pm and were told to pick up on 8:pm.When we were there at nearly 8:00 pm, we were still told to wait for one more hour cuz they were in west Melbourne. 3. ONLY FOR MONEY! For the late last night, the boss was asking for the payment before they arrived. saw a review that"they were like salesmen/women more than doctors/nurses", can't agree anymore. Please be kind and professional to your customers and the little animals.

Have been taking our cat DiDi to Happy Tails several times. Dr Jason and the team are professional, friendly and compassionate, and very patient to answer every single question we have. They treat the animals with heart. It takes us around 40 minutes to get there but it’s absolutely worth the travel time. Highly recommend Happy Tails!

very bad experience. The woman’s attitude is very mean. My dog came to the hospital for just some sneezes. After taking the medicine given by the doctor, my dog throw up and had diarrhea. The doctor didn't tell us anything, included the side effects of the medicine, no one there in the night to look after my poor dog (If I know that fact, it’s impossible to keep my dog there overnight) When we wanted to confirm after know that there was an unwitting fee, the owner's wife scolded us for wanting to miss the bill and said a lot of mean words to us. Anyway, we paid, for their fault. And the next day after paying the money, the staff still talk about how bad are we in the work group, which I think is not something that professional hospitals can do.

Do not go to this vet!! My friend's poor dog has visited this vet for treatment and was told to stay for one night, they were told to charge for 400 for one night and ask my friend to pay when they picking up their dog. However, the next day they received 900 bill just for this overnight charge, which do not match what they've told on the first time, therefore, this vet even DO NOT HAVE any charge standard. And this is not the whole story... my friend has been told to pick up the little poor dog yesterday, however until 5:30pm, my friend still did not receive any phone call regarding to pick up time, so my friend called them and ask about picking up, they were then told to pick up at 8pm, however, when my friend arrived on time, they were told again that their female boss still not here and ask them to wait until 9pm. And this is not the full story as well, the little poor dog has been treated with buprenorphine with no one told my friend that it may cause side effection of serious diarrhoea, they have to temporiary drip the little poor dog to stop the diarrhoea. The little poor dog still in really flat condition and the solution from this 4.6 score vet is just to return 200 to my friend. I have a 12 years old poddle as well, and never experience this kind of bad experience of treating animals. Owners just be aware before choosing this awful vet!

We have been taking our dog to Happy Tails for years now and can say without a doubt, that this clinic is the best in the business! Dr Jason Wong and the team have been truly amazing, always honest, professional, compassionate and take great care every time we have had to visit, it is very obvious that Jason and the entire team are true animal lovers with big hearts and will always bend over backwards to make sure the animals who come in their care are taken care of as it they were their own. Thank you Jason and team, we are very grateful for all that you have done for our precious Holly!
