Didn't answer my question when I politely asked as I'm scared of blood test, no eye contacts, no replies, just purely silence. Dont expect any customer service or your calls to be picked up. The phone kept ringing but they ignored it. Was given attitude because she accidentally deleted a paragraph she wrote. Was asked for a question but I didn't know the answer and she said 'its not my job'. This is the worst blood test I have taken.
Straightforward and efficient. Number system for queuing. Waited half an hour. Blood test was well done and well checked.

I had to get a special test that takes a couple of hours here. It consists of 3 blood tests 1 hour apart, where I’m not allowed to leave, so needless to say I was here a while. I watched the staff tend to all the other patients while I waited and I was so blown away. There were two lovely women on duty, one slightly younger than the other. They were absolutely the most attentive, patient, and sweet staff I have ever witnessed. They had a difficult elderly patient while I was here and the way they so gently and patiently tended to him was heart warming. Congratulations for having such a wonderful team here
