After reading all the 5 star-reviews on Google, I decided to try this laser car wash a go. I purchased the most expensive item they got there, the EXTREME 18 one, expected a fantastic result, as per reviews. Turned out the result was so disappointing!!! There were some black dots on my car after the wash, turned out they were oils. No idea where they came from. I had to wipe them down quickly, in case they would stain my brand new car. My grill wasn't clean neither after the wash, as per photo; Looked like the soap marks. SO DISAPPOINTING given all the 5 star-reviews were bragging about how their results were fantastic and I paid the top end! Sorry, but I have to give this place a One star-review, since my experience was not satisfying.

Other car wash business & competitors are going to be hating on this comment and people that review this so low they don't know the depth of how much care the staff members and Chris put into this business This car wash use filter water here as other businesses don't want you to know this as they might be using your everyday water it's even safe enough to drink this water here at this car wash if you go elsewhere they most likely used normal water like everyone else which contain those fluorides and other ingredients which are in water which is bad and harmful for the vehicle and your pets over a period of time especially if you have an expensive car this Burwood car wash invested heavily on protecting your car in all aspects from soap to the water and the vacuum cleaner is super good and powerful that has a turbo setting that so strong then most of the other car wash business out there it all started off with the motivation of using the vacuum cleaner only and then using the rest of the other services I was lucky enough to look inside of the building and the machine The result is different just simply because the machine they have is expensive and have maintained this machine-like a baby they invested heavily in the filter they use is a game-changer for results which some people are unaware of which hopefully after this comment I want this place to be known on the map for this business and their extra effort and care they put towards this business and hopefully get many supports from local people and outside people who ain't living in that area
Was looking around for somewhere to give my dog a wash, and remembered driving past this place. It all looked brand new and properly maintained. Gave it a shot and it was fantastic, I felt like my dog was fresh and clean. Not like other washes that dilute so much that it does nothing. From now on I'll be taking my car and dog there.
I have never reviewed a car wash before but boy does this place deserve it. Impeccably clean. Outstanding friendly service. Brilliant dog wash booths. Vacs that actually work and have strong suction. A thoroughly professional setup that was a delight to attend. Keep up the high quality ... amazing.

This has to be the best Automated Touchless car wash in Melbourne. It even has a drying function at the end. I have been on the lookout for a car wash that is scratch free and convenient. Keep up the great work guys!
18 deluxe automatic wash scrubbed the hell out of my car which has been unwashed for at least 6 months- quite impressed. Everything was clean, presentable, I was offered help, and I'm very happy with how their system handled my gross car. They had good price options, clear signage and plenty of payment options. Other reviews seem to suggest new people have taken over- give them a chance for sure.
