Staffs are always unfriendly, and only few products are available. Every time when I asked the staff about certain product, they responded impatiently. Not many people, but it can take you ten minutes to check out even you are the only customer.

如果能打0星绝不打1星。前段时间这家店物流换成了澳德物流独家发货（估计有什么提成合约），速度那个慢，包裹寄了一个月还在悉尼等航班，同一天寄的其他物流已经在国内清关了。打电话投诉一直让人耐心等待体谅。最后无奈选择退货，直到今天都没有受理退款，从一开始下单到现在已经两个月了。现在客服都联系不上了，电话不接，微信不回。是不回哦，不是那种让你等一天再回你，而是直接无视你。这种店怎么还能继续经营下去的？过两天再联系不上我只能去找FT了。

一粒星都不想给。店员服务态度真差劲。店员扫了东西后，我付款之前，和店员说，我是会员，被怼以后早点说。我忍了，说好。然后，我要求要收据。不知道电脑怎么了，总之弄很久。全程，两个店员就不停互相聊天。没有说啥回事，把我凉在一边，等着。我也是做销售行业的。一般这种情况，和顾客说，不好意思，电脑有点问题，请稍等是基本服务态度。真的太差劲。我后来真的怒了。问她们还要等很久吗？她们才终于闭嘴。其中一个打了收据给我，谢谢都没有。太恶心了。
