We had new cornices fitted before in our home before leasing it out. After the tenants moved in, everything was fine but only 2 months after the new cornices were fitted, our property manager advised that they had started cracking and some had fallen down. When they contacted SE Plastering for repair, they said they would send someone out, but no one showed and we haven't heard from them since. A real pity because the original workmanship was very neat, tidy and professional.
