high quality products and easy process from ordering through to installation. we purchased a shade blind for our outdoor staff lunch area approx 3yrs ago & the blind is still working perfectly. only once had an issue, which was 1 holding clip was broken in strong wind, we replaced clip & haven't had any other issues. would definitely buy from here in future.
Excellent!!! After receiving 10 plus quotes from various companies, serious about shade provided me with a very competitive quote even without knowing the other figures I was given from elsewhere. The job I had for them was a huge job, I wouldn't be surprised if it was there biggest job yet. They did a marvellous job, there was a hurdle or 2 but they handled everything very well. We're really impressed with our new electric blinds on the front of our balcony and the quality of the materials and installation. The guys were really friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We also had 2 sails installed at the rear of our house which look fantastic. Overall, a great result!

I am just writing to say thank you for coming out so quickly and repairing my new sail after it was damaged in the freak hail storm last week. I wanted to say thank you for responding so quickly and for repairing it on the spot. The sail held up well in the storm considering the one next door was torn to shreds. Many thanks for your prompt and efficient attention.
Good product and workmanship. All 4 staff we dealt with were helpful and easy to get along with. Natasha was always patient and responsive no matter how many questions we asked. As with all things when we've never had one before there are a few things we may have done differently but the result is very good. We got a freestanding 5 point 6.5m x 6.5m sail as a double carport mainly intended to keep crap from a large gumtree off the cars. Works as intended.
