We picked up our new Essential Van last year late December and had the pleasure of spending 2 hours with Ken showing us how everything works in the van. Ken's attention to detail and dedication to the full customer experience is beyond normal expectations, thank you Ken your knowledge sharing with us will hopefully be forgotten (had to write heaps of notes later)

Don't expect any help if you have a problem with a warranty claim, they don't want to know or help you! Had a problem with a Thule awning on our Avan and would not warrant it, got no satisfaction what so ever. Also had an issue with a tape Avan use on the joins in side bubbling and pealing, can't help apparently! I have supplied photos of how the THULE awning and the tape failed after 6 months to which they are responsible for warranty. What a joke AVAN warranty is!

We ordered a Daintree Motorhome from Kratzmann Burpengary Brisbane on the 30/06/2020 for delivery in February 2021. December 2020 we were told that our motorhome had arrived at Kratzmann, however we were advised that somebody had forgot to upload the extras we ordered and if we wanted the extras we would have to wait to June 2021. In February, I contacted Kratzmann and was advised that “our motorhome would not be built to August 2021 and they did not have time to send updates”. When I tried to discuss with Kratzmann and Apollo and negotiate a better outcome, nobody was interested. The motorhome was for our retirement travelling and the experience left us feeling extremely disappointed with no faith in this company. We cancelled the order and will never deal with this business again.

The guy at the spare parts and accessories is absolutely awesome. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, was really impressed with him and what they had there. Good place.
