After having the worst experience at Diamond Nails I decided to give this place a go and I’m soooooo glad I did! I came out of Nails Wonderland so relaxed and stoked with the service they provided. This will definitely be my new regular :) Thank you!

They need to honour their appointments I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure for a wedding When I arrived they made me wait 25 minutes before starting my pedicure. Then after the pedicure the technician walked off without saying anything and I was left to sit there for another 20 minutes before someone finally moved me to a chair for my manicure. Again, no one said anything about the wait or how long until someone would start my manicure. I sat there for another 10 minutes waiting, but then had to go and find a staff member to ask how much longer as I only had 20 minutes before I had to leave for another appointment. They seemed confused that I would be asking but eventually someone came and did my nails. The technician was very rude and seemed annoyed that I didn't have all day to wait around despite having made an appointment. By that stage I was out of time so he just painted my nails (fairly poorly) rather than give me a manicure...then they still charged me 35 for a manicure! I couldn't believe it, and reminded them all they had done was paint my nails not given me a manicure. They insisted I pay the full amount. I was running very late by this stage and had no time to argue further so just paid and left. I get my nails done a lot and this was the worst experience I've had by far. Please find somewhere else to go unless you love waiting for hours and being overcharged.
Good quality and pricing. Only ever had one small issue with gel nails peeling within a few days so returned and they happily reapplied for free. Friendly (but quiet) staff.
