Got the bench-top system delivered, had issue with the fittings because my tap is a bit of a weird. I sent an email to Pure Water Systems, took a while but Kate got back to me and we worked together to find the right fittings. She sent it out quickly and finally we were able to install it and enjoy some pure water. The service is good although a bit slow initially but at least we got there in the end!

After years of using the filter jug system, and finding I always got a sore throat by the time I needed to replace the filter cartridge, and being very aware of the water quality by the time it reaches the tap (you don’t have to always see and taste something, in order to know it’s not as good as they say), I got into my research mode and decided on the bench top system, as I’m in a rental. Now I find I drink soooo much more! And I happily drink the required amount of water to help me lose weight, so I’m back on the healthy living lifestyle with great optimism. Thank you for a great system, and great service. I highly recommend this product.

I can recommend this company highly I purchased their bench top system 8yrs ago, after a few months a surprising benefit that they don't tell you or can't for legal reasons probably is that my arthritis disappeared, I had suffered pain in my ankles knees and hips for over ten years. 9 months ago I thought I'd try bunnings best filter for half the price GUESS WHAT my arthritis came back so I went back to pure water systems best filter I'm happy to say I'm once again walking up stairs without the grunts like an old person. I wonder if a good water purifier can be the simple cure for child arthritis problems that seem to be more prevalent in these times. And if you know someone with arthritis problems get one of these filters immediately. I'm not joking i am now running up my stairs like a 20yr old again (I'm 50yrs) its nothing short of a miracle (the power of water)

We live in Western Australia and have been using Pure Water Systems for many years. I recently phoned to enquire about upgrading our current system as we are soon to be moving into our new home. Kirsten was just wonderful, an absolute pleasure to speak with. Whilst currently still in training she was very knowledgeable and informative. Kirsten was happy and comfortable in giving her opinion when asked, which was greatly appreciated. When she was unsure or needed clarification on something she didn't hesitate to ask a colleague who was more informed. Kirsten could not have been more helpful in ensuring I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision in my own time.
