Left our 1 year old floor rug for this company to clean. First time we got it back it has some food and stains on it, the part of the rug that gets the most traffic was still very dirty looking.. so, apparently it was either not cleaned at all or not properly. I sent them pics The owner was very nice and they came to pick it up to clean it And brought it back. The stains and food are gone but the area that’s dirty looking is still there. So I wouldn’t say a good job was done. I did feel the staff were Very nice but I’m still going to try another company to get this rug cleaned so it looks nice again.

I can highly recommend PHJ Services. The team in the office communicated brilliantly and acted swiftly to send the guys out to assess the clean up. The guys were so compassionate and sensitive toward our personal situation and demonstrated patience and professionalism. The job was then skilfully completed the next business day exactly how it was promised with great care and pride taken. So grateful for this company. Highly, highly recommend.

WOW. Service and results were amazing. Would definitely recommend. I have a home with an 18 month old puppy who is finally out of toilet training phase. My carpets and furniture took a bit of a beating. Although I cleaned them myself, it just wasn't the same as a full professional clean. PHJ Carpet cleaning came out when they said they would and did a fantastic job. They even worked around the mess in my house. The results are spectacular - I feel like my home is new again. Thanks Andy, Brea and team at PHJ! Still using them 2 years on!
