Great customer service and a Well stocked store . Knowledgeable workers always more then willing to help. They honestly all seem to have a passion for automobiles and this shows with there happy helpful customer service . I always walk out with a smile on my face after dealing with this store . The guys fitted out my van with a new audio system. Was done on time, they called me to make sure everything was positioned correctly and was extremely professional. The sound is immpecable. I'm very happy with it and I can't fault any of the guys work, highly recommended

Really shocking customer service here. I came in today to purchase a product for my 4WD, and whilst your store had the product in stock it didn’t have the specific colour I wanted. A quick search on the website told me the colour was in stock at the Burleigh store, so I patiently waited at the front counter to ask about this only to be greeted by a very surly, ill mannered and blunt assistant. I was told “we’re a franchise and you’re gonna have to order that online” and that was all the “help” I received (no idea what this had to do with helping me get a different coloured product from out the back by the way). I felt dismissed and can’t believe I was spoken down to in this manner. Ended up paying more for the product at another store but was well worth it for the amazing customer service experience I received there.
