Like most Bunnings outlets, this store has a great selection of tools and hardware supplies with everything well organised and under the one roof. The Garden Centre in this outlet is also particularly good. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable but sometimes they're hard to locate especially on the weekends when you need assistance so I find it's best to do your homework online and if possible, work out what isles your items are on before getting to the store. Parking at this outlet is fantastic, well during the week it is.

We shopped at Bunnings Vermont South on 10 Feb 2021. We want to thank the staff Travis and Bailey at Bunnings Vermont South.They are really helpful and friendly. Travis is patient, informative and knowledgeable. He made customers feel really comfortable in shopping at Bunnings. Really appreciate his help. Bailey also helped us measure the tapware component. With their help, we were able to find the appropriate bath and basin tapwares. Thanks.

Hire a carpet cleaner (Britex) for the weekend cleaning. Quick payment process, machine was in good and clean condition. Quick return procedure as well. Bought a plastic seal for shower door too in the same transaction. Cheap (5) and fixed the leaking problem. But be careful some assembling shelves and storage. Don't assume that they are safe to use. I bought a Multistore LSD550 cupboard. And found that the drawer handle were cut with very shape edge, like razer shape. It was badly designed and bad qc. The handle must be cut but not sanded/finished.

Needed some paint matched up on Sunday and Brian at the paint desk sorted me out with no issue. Great customer service. Went to Bunnings in Box Hill about 30 minutes before and received a total difference experience. Lady with glasses at the paint desk said she could not scan my "sample" which was a chipped off brick, saying it was too small. Not only did she not offer to attempt to scan the sample, but did not offer to assist me in choosing a paint that was similar. I asked if she could please help me choose and got a response saying "My job is not to help you choose colours". Mind you she did not even try to scan my sample. I also work in retail so totally under how it feels under pressure but that service provided was appalling. I left without buying anything then went to Bunnings Vermont and got the customer service I required. And yes Brian scanned the sample and it worked. Thanks Brian of Vermont South!
