Very good staff and service. Huge gardening area with a wonderful lady staff member in this area. The trolley 's are very difficult to navigate as all Bunnings have ! I had to help an elderly lady just to turn one today.

Ensuring a safe shopping experience. I was able to get in, find what I was after, ask a question, get a straight answer and get out. It was very busy but all staff were working efficiently.
They are normal people who work there like you and friendly and you feel relaxed that is why it is so busy 7 days a week.
This is a great store because so many staff are helpful, especially the older staff, who are so polite and kind. Thank you for employing respectful professional and friendly staff . It makes a huge difference to the shopping experience. 5/5 for customer services.

I'm a 67 year old female. I wanted 12 pieces of wood cut. They were about 4 metres in length. I asked Corey who worked in that section if he could cut it. He then said I had to get them myself and bring them down to him. I asked if he could carry it for me. His answers was most people get them their self. I insisted he help as I said it was his job to help. He reluctantly came with me. He wasn't doing anything at the time. Standing talking to two other staff members. He then asked another team member to help him lift them and take them down to the saw. I must thank the other team member who wheeled them out to my car and put them in. I didn't need his help for that but he wanted to help. I think he was embarrassed about the treatment I got from Corey. I've been going to Tweed Bunnings since it was opened and I've never asked for help before.
Pat in the paint section at Tweed Bunnings is the most helpful and knowledgeable staff member I’ve ever encountered! Don’t ever let him leave, he’s a huge asset to Bunnings, in fact you could pay him more...he’s worth it! You made my balcony railing paint job so much easier, Thankyou!
