Staff are very helpful and seem to know where everything is no matter what I ask for! I'm yet to stump them... It's always easy to get parking close to the doors, which is nice. It's great to not have to walk a kilometre just to pick up a pair of gardening gloves! The only problem I'm aware of is the urge the comes over you to buy copious amounts of items you had no intention of buying when you first entered the store. Buyer Beware!

I needed some lumber, this is not at all my wheelhouse so I had a lot of questions, the Bunnings staff where exceptionally friendly and helpful with answering all my questions. Leslie greeted me at the timber & trade entrance and explained exactly what I needed to do, and helped me by suggesting the best material for my job. As it was a simple job the staff were also more than happy to cut my plywood down to size for me. Thank you :)
Bunnings Keperra. Not many staff on during the day but all were helpful. Needed some new clothes line wire. Girl I asked knew where it was. Bought some new paint brushes (painting) and No More Gaps. Wanted lunch and coffee but out of lunch hours and food didn't appeal.
Love this place. Well stocked and friendly staff. Can take stuff back no issues if need be.
My sister and I were given the best assistance in the mower section by Danny. One of the best experiences I have ever had at a Bunnings. What a great bloke.
New store so everything looks and feels brand spanking new! Aside from that, the layout is the same as all Bunnings Stores so easy to find what you are looking for. Friendly staff and great prices.

As far as Bunnings goes this is one of the better ones. More spacious and and there are some displays demoing smart home technology that other Bunnings stores don’t have. I’ve had good service when I’ve been in this store and the selection of products is comprehensive. That being said if I’ve needed building supplies or help with a project I’ve tended to go to the local smaller hardware shops.
