This is a great store in a convenient location. Plenty of stock available so I was able to purchase what I came for. I received exceptional customer service by staff in the tools department who assisted me in finding the supplies I needed. Recommended.

Huge store that one can find literally anything needed for the house! Plenty of parking lots outside the store. Besides the indoor area with countless isles, there is also a drive-through lane for larger stuff, and an open area for plants. Some smaller items were mix up at different boxes so becarefull to read the labels in order to get the right price else it would be a hassle to get a refund.
Clean and tidy store. Website aisle locations were correct. I saw staff helping customers.
You have to laugh. I approached a staff member who hoped if he didn't look at me I wouldnt see him. He sent me searching for what I wanted when I realised it needed a forklift to get it down. Apparently a 45 minute wait for someone to come back from their break. He called the manager who said come back tomorrow as the forklift doesn't work on public holidays! A star for the guy in plumbing, very helpful.
Always a great shopping experience and has everything I need, bargains can always be found there too.
Bruno at the Paint area is incredible. Very professional, takes the time to explain and cares about customers. Rare to find someone of his calibre. Bunnings management, take note - you have a superstar working for you. A satisfied longtime customer that is pleased by what a difference a person can make.
Bunnings Bankstown is well laid out, well stocked, has ample parking and an easy to access drive through area for larger purchases and/or trade. One downside of the large warehouse is that it can be difficult to locate items at times. It can also be difficult to find staff to talk to at times and their level of expertise is a little hit and miss. If they could develop an App that directed you to the appropriate aisle depending on what you’re looking for, that would be ideal.
The staff member in the plumbing department was very patient and helpful. The plumbing team at Bunnings Bankstown Airport have a reputation for being knowledgeable.
