From the minute I walked in I received immaculate service for my Renault vehicle. The attention to detail from the service advisers is unmatched. Being a female it is always daunting walking into a service centre but i felt assured and confident that they would look after me and they did! Will definitely be back here to service my vehicle. Highly recommend!

Terrible absolutely terrible was supposed to pickup my car, after it was checked for a defect under warranty, explained to them that I would pickup Saturday then went there Saturday opening time and they were closed no message to say they weren't opening no call and I only found out they weren't going to open from talking to a lady that worked across the road and called the manager who said no one is coming in today. Just a phone call would have solved the problem or a message to say no one will be there but no nothing I got dropped off there and had to get an uber home. Then when I complained about the issue they said (well you should have called before coming)? Even though I had booked to pickup my car on the Saturday ridiculous Theyre were also 4 other people who came to collect there car including the police and all had to leave without any explanation
DISGUSTING SERVICE I received a call earlier in the day stating that I needed to change my car battery and windscreen wipers to which I replied please do not change I will get it done myself. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was forced into paying 700 which included a new battery and windscreen wipers, 303.07 in parts. I informed the service desk person that I said no to the changes but he said there was nothing he could do about it.
Thanks Watson's for looking after my Cruze, and arranging the goodwill panegyric from Holden to keep me on the road.
Sign on door says parts open till 12pm on Saturday. Went there at 10am to buy some parts and they are closed.
Do not recommend this company at all. Extremely disorganized, poor communication and absolutely horrible customer service. We purchased a vehicle and had to continuously follow up on when it would be ready, receiving no communication from the dealership. It took almost 3 weeks. Then when we got the vehicle, things were missed from the car and there was some parts of the car with damage. We contacted the dealership to rectify these issues and now, 3 months later we are still waiting to get them fixed. We are not even sure how it passed roadworthy with these things missing! This company do not provide any level of post sale service and because of this and our whole experience, we will not only be never buying from here again but will also be advising all our family and friends to never use Holden Bundoora! Worst experience of our lives. Do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else.
What a great experience and top customer service i received from Gabby in the service department.. I'm a Dealer myself. I contact Watson Holden to Verify A Service On one of my newly traded stock vehicle.. Gabby confirmed that it had been services and i was to pop in and have the service book stamped.. Visited the next day, where Gabby again served me. I experience nothing but a totally professional interaction. Highly recommend.
