They did nothing for my cat. I took her to a different vet the next day and she was put on medication the other vet was shocked that this hospital didn't make her throw up the thing she ate as it would have saved my cat bleeding in the intestines and me 185

Unbelievably bad. I was blatantly lied to. Nothing done in a timely fashion. When I finally got my girl to a proper hospital and ACTUALLY tested there were a number of life-threatening problems – don’t risk it is my advice I’ve already had one of my pets died here and one treated with no appropriate action.

Cannot thank the staff at this clinic enough. We brought our 12 week old puppy here on Sunday evening. She was basically unresponsive and limp. When we arrived she was quickly rushed into the clinic where oxygen and iv fluids were administered by the vet Bronwyn. Thank you to nurse who also assisted us over the phone whilst we were frantically driving. If it wasn’t for the caring staff here my baby may not be with us today. She’s back home and on the mends. Thank you!

Genuine care is what we just received. Uncompromising professionalism for our poor little Bailey boy (Border Collie/Kelpie). He was in a very bad way and the Drs and staff on hand were outstanding, they cared for him as if he was their own pet. And as a side note, to the people who think this business only cares about money you are being ridiculous - of course they need to request a consultation fee. Especially after hours. For this level of care and professionalism you need to pay. And their pricing is as low as possible. Anyway thanks again to the team, and special thanks to Dr. Eben Martin for going above and beyond our expectations.

Very caring and very helpful, puppy hurt itself late on a Sunday night and they were fast and took it seriously- he's fine now too!!

Absolutely disgusting service. I called asking for advice on my cat who had just had surgery and wasn’t calming and they spoke over me and told me I pay up and bring her in or they won’t help me. Didn’t care about my pets wellbeing, just after money. Horrible people and I do NOT recommend.

they were not only rough with my dog but seemed they didn't care about him and charged for a service we never received, I do not recommend this clinic at all. Had to get a second opinion from a different vet which found the issue and were very gentle and caring with my boy.
