Recently purchased MG3 2020 from MG Northern Motor through Fred. He is excellent in his dealing and knows his job (not like MG Motors Werribee sales people as they seriously need training in how to do sales and entertain customers. Very poor customer service as I went their to check MG3 and seriously no one knows anything about the car and they are not in a mood to sell it. Furthermore they keep on saying that their is no other MG3 available in any of the showroom but luckily I have checked it on carsales and found one in MG Northern and straight away called Fred and hold it for myself). Coming back to Fred, he is a gem of a person, know his job and process was so smooth and friendly that I would recommend any car buyer to go and met Fred as he is the best so far when it comes to dealing with people with care and respect. Hats off to Fred and MG Northern Motor

Have had two very pleasing experiences with NMG, most recently with Fred in the used cars department! I purchased a 2017 Kia Optima from this department, my budget was quite restricting but they went above and beyond to make this car affordable for me! When I arrived to pick up my new car not only had it had the seats re-steam cleaned to the point of being impeccably clean, but Fred had also had the upcoming service completed for me! This service was a couple of thousand kilometres away, and could have easily not been included, but the fact it was made a huge difference to me! Overall Fred made the experience simple, painless, affordable and enjoyable. Superb customer service, would highly recommend!

I had booked a test drive and needed to cancel it. The team did a great job of rescheduling at a time that worked. However, having booked it on the Wednesday, when we arrived for the Saturday test drive the car had been sold. A complete waste of a trip, with no notice provided, and a very “sorry not sorry” response. I wouldn’t buy from a team with this level of care for their customers.
