Took ranger in to fix a couple of minor problems. Was fixed within a couple of hours and car is running great with the updates. Will always go to BayFord Bundoora now. Dan is a legend.

Do not recommend any one to go there! A massage appeared on my dashboard screen saying “ENGINE SERVICE NOW”, I took it to Bayford Ford Bundoora. They told they will serviced and it will be fixed. They charged me more than 1800 for service and change the rear break pads and a light globe. Next day on Saturday I picked my car, surprisingly the massage was there!!! On Monday I called them, I didn’t get a very polite response from the customer service, I left the car there again, the day after they asked me to pay another 1300 to fix the problem!!! After lots of conversation they changed a part and fixed it. It cost me 2.550 to fix a massage. For a 2013 Ford it’s too much. They charged me fortune for labour cost, do not recommend any one to go there.

The service here is terrible. You end up taking your car back more than once for problems you've reported initially that still haven't been repaired. Also the washing of the vehicle could do with some improvements. I bought my car here in 2019. Took it for 1st service and wasn't impressed with the service. Just taken it in for squeaking doors which was intially reported for the first service but not attended to. After arriving to collect the car, I checked it myself before leaving and the back passenger door was still squeaking. They just can't get things right the first time round and won't be seeing me again.
