SMOKER SUPPLIES: good of jerky seasoning, nitrate and wood chips for smokers. Bought a citrus rub for chicken and have a whole chicken cooking. Excited to use the jerky seasoning tomorrow. Hopefully they expand their seasoning range for more variety. Was chasing apple pellets or wood chips.
