I am not a person who will go through the steps of providing feedback on my experience. However, my experience with this company has compelled me to go beyond the norm. After having initially contacted by the marketing department, I did not give it much thought as I was being constantly bombarded with calls regarding solar from overseas and shonky marketers. What set this company apart, was a pleasant, local voice showing an actual concern in knowing my requirements. Tom Bruen came around to explain my requirements and how I could eliminate my daytime usage with the smallest system size. Although, I could have gone with a cheaper competitor, I chose to trust German Engineering and extended warranties (Winaico panels and SMA inverter 3kW). Glad, I did, as my neighbour who also got cheaper panels installed, is already facing problems with his panels only 6 months into the install. Solar is really as good as you pay for it. The entire process from start to finish was seemless and smooth, with excellent support from Sasha and Jenny. Installers were courteous, and quick. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Thumbs up !! Will happily refer other people to you. :)
