My wife Grace and I did not know what to anticipate. Lana was so patient and gave Grace every wig alternative possible. For me it was a great experience because this is so important to Grace who has a hair loss problem. I left with great confidence we'd solved her initial problem.

I felt a little lost and very anxious walking in, i knew i wanted a wig but I'd never bought one before and wasn't really sure how to go about putting it on, etc. The lady that served me was very helpful and patient. She gave me all the info I needed and showed me what i needed to do. I felt so much better and more confident when i left, so thankyou! I'll definitely be coming back for more styles and colours! (There's so many choices!)
the owner is the rudest woman -she should not be in customer service.. the bad reviews are taken down..
If I could give zero stars, I would. We had the worst customer service by the short haired blonde lady chewing gum. I’m not sure what ruined her day so horribly that she had to treat us in such a rude manner. We will never be shopping at Big Wig again. To the lady chewing gum who was rude to us not just once but three times, I hope you get fired. Here’s a tip, don’t work in customer service if you can’t be polite. The older man who was working was lovely and so helpful so it is such a shame how one person can cause such a terrible shopping experience.
I went to their Bundall Store on Wednesday. I was very anxious as I've lost my hair, but came home with 3 awesome Turbans, will be back next week to buy more. Such a huge range.

it was a wonderful experience getting my with their very helpful staff very large rooms is a lot bigger on the inside that it looks from the outside reasonably priced the staff at absolutely wonderful helpful kind very lovely ladies great stop good merchandise and all out 10 out of 10 for the week's their darlings
Great service with professionals. A huge choice of wigs and accessories - all reasonably priced. Highly recommended as the best wig shop between Gold Coast and Brisbane.
