South West Coach Lines are such wonderful people - they've just helped a man who'd lost his job and dignity to get down to Manjimup to start a new life helping pick fruit and vegies. Francine the office manager was compassionate and when we put him on the bus, the driver was great and the interior was spacious and like new. Would highly recommend this coach company to anyone wanting to travel around our south west - price is very reasonable too.

I left my phone on the bus from Margaret River to Busselton, my fault. But told the driver at Busselton immediately, she was very helpful, tracked my phone immediately and just told me that it will be sent the next bus to Perth. All-is-well until I waited to it at Elizabeth Quay and was told my phone wasn't with the driver and should call the office. I called the office the next day and they're asking 70aud to courier a small phone from their office at Busselton to Elizabeth Quay (not even my house). According to their website, NetSaver seats from Margaret River to Elizabeth Quay is 69.30aud and NetSaver seats from Busselton to Elizabeth Quay is 56.70aud. The phone will not even occupy a seat and it's more expensive than a seat from Margs to Perth. It's basically extortion besides the fact that they're giving you an option for pick-up, which is impossible for most people who take the bus, and they know it, that's why they're taking advantage. I even asked if they can have it sent thru Australia Post which they denied as well. Lesson of the story: Do not forget anything, they'll rob you for it.

I've used southwest coastlines numerous times and usually a comfortable trip but not today....... Sun is beating in through windows and it's a hot day. Aircon isn't helping as its radiant heat coming through glass. Most of the blinds have been removed from their runners and others are tied in the up position with cable ties. I think it's time management spent some money and I replaced the blinds for the comfort of their PAYING passengers.

My wife and I recently used Southwest Coach lines for Perth Airport transfers Bunbury and return. We have used this service several times as we don't like driving to Perth Airport due to traffic etc. We would like to say that the last 2 trips have been very good and would like to commend the driver Chris for his courtesy and friendly demeanour. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Chris informed all onboard of the coaches facilities etc pending drop offs and shortcuts to Elizabeth Quay and is a great asset to your business.
