Rang several times and a consultant will ring you back. Never happens! Asked about training for career transition assistant program and they couldn't answer me. That was a month ago and they were going to get back to me. Never happened. Will not answer calls on friday afternoons after 4.30 even though they are open till 5. Goes to messages every time. Where is the service? What do they do to get funded by the government? Very little from my experience.

I don't like this service and so don't alot of people, phone calls go straight to hold n take all your credit
Appointment times are not as stated. This is due to a list system instead of appointment system. Please state this in your text messages instead of giving us a time. The stress of 2020 has induced memory issues in many people. Thankyou for being polite and friendly though :)
Worse job agents eeeeeeeever!!! Done every course i could for a year now trying to get qualifications ( an agent actually told me that a forklift ticket is useless when i suggested it) and they have not tried to help me at all.Nearly everyone that works there (with a few exceptions) dont even look like they wanna be there and they shuffle prospective job seekers from agent to agent like cattle they clearly dont care and are not interested in addition to messing up constantly and then taking no responsibility for their mistakes excuses everytime!! I should've gone back to Forrest and wish i could vote negative stars the best part about getting a job will be leaving this tortuous process and place behind!!!!!!!!!
