Window cleaning done before Xmas, had to pay up front and they could not do the top level windows even though I told them it was a 2 storey. Also left the balcony glass dirty which you stand in front of to clean....sent photos, no response had to ring them and offered a part refund with no apology, nothing, they didn’t care.....won’t be using them again.

More Dodgy than the Dodgy Brothers clean toilet seats with the bowl cleaner!!! A spit and a promise is all it requires!!!! Be safer to leave it untouched than use this company's pathetic attitude and lack of ethics!!! Don't bother!!! *)

Your carpet cleaning machine cleans our current rental properties old carpets really well and with having 2 kids that constantly dirty them is a bonus! The normal hired ones definitely don't even match up to your carpet machine and our kids love watching the carpet wond too, your carpet cleaner isn't bad looking either haha... i definitely recommend your company when our friends need their carpets cleaned and will keep doing so in the future thank you for being such a good company and thank you to the two big boses for being so understanding.
We booked a one off clean as our regular cleaner hasn't been available for a few weeks and we were throwing a kids birthday party. We didn't ask for anything special and simply noted the house hadn't been properly cleaned for a few weeks. Our regular cleaner would clean the house AND change sheets and towels in four hours. Cleanway only cleaned (no sheets or towels) and charged us for 12 hours i.e. over 620! When I queried this I was told it was because I asked for a "thorough clean". I didn't realise asking for your house, and in particular your bathrooms, to be cleaned really well would mean being charged 300% of the usual time it takes to get the job done. I don't deny the 4 cleaners were there for 3 hours but if that's how long it took them to do the job then they need to work on their efficiencies. Be careful what work you request through this company, if you choose to use them at all. When I called back to clarify part of the job the manager/owner basically cut me off and then hung up on me. As you can see from my reviews, I don't tend to post negative ones but this experience has been next level unprofessional.
Arranged a rental exit clean plus carpets and windows. Company guaranteed completion to property Manager approval. Most was good BUT several areas left unclean and list plus photos provided to ensure clean was complete. However on second inspection one item still not clean. A job is only as good as the outcome unfortunately. As I wasn’t available to attend to this myself I was prepared to pay well for a service but I don’t feel this service was fully delivered. I communicated with this company re these concerns on several occasions via email.
I have used cleanway xtra twice for carpet cleaning. The first time they really saved me as another carpet cleaning company cancel 2 hours before they were due to arrive and Cleanway came to the rescue saving me from having to pay more rent. The second time I used them I found them to be on time and they did a really good job on the carpets. Will recommend them every time.
I asked for a rental cleanout and was quoted over 800 and this was for "the lot" cobwebs, windows and all. when the real estate agent reviewed the job I was given the following list of incomplete work... "We wish to ask for you to contact the cleaner and request they attend to the following items: - Floors to be vaccummed and mopped - Grout to all tiling to be cleaned - Walls to be wiped down - Ceiling has marks and cobwebs evident - Door tracks to be cleaned - Gap between laundry trough and sliding door to be cleaned - Light fittings and ceiling fans dusty - Kitchen exterior cupboards to be cleaned" When contacted they refused to attend: I had paid in advance - my mistake. I had to pay for another lot to come in and complete it. Nothing on this list is outside the ordinary is it? Not Happy
