What a fantastic job, had some issues for a while with my air conditioning. They guys looked at it on Saturday morning even though they were very busy. Quoted more than 800 to repair. Dropped in for repairs first thing the following Tuesday. On second investigation it was not the problem first diagnosed and the guys were not happy to hand vehicle back until totally happy kept overnight and continued repairs and checks to ensure fixed correctly. Cleaned engine bay like never been cleaned before and the price was not even half that quoted. Very happy, been dealing with this business for more than 30 years. when your on a good thing best to stick with it. My wife had to drop off and pick up she was made aware of all task completed in details she could understand and was treated with upmost respect. Many thanks

Poor batteries and poorer service. Have bought multiple batteries over the years here, but was recently disappointed with the service. Bought a battery and after 9 months it failed, this is not standard I've had batteries last from five up to ten years at times (not acdelco). The battery was dated and stamped with the company logo but they refused to replace the battery under warranty. After paying 200 for a battery you would expect more than nine months especially when the battery is allegedly warranted for 2 years. For 160 I bought a new Exile battery from Bunnings, which is an old and trusted company and Bunnings have always been great on their return policy, the battery has the same CCA and even a slightly larger capacity (90AH). So I won't be buying anything more from bbr.
