I Recently had my major service done on my BMW. Excellent value for money. They did the Hygiene cleaning without even charging me for it. Mechanics are friendly, I would 100% recommend them.

Took my car for annual log book service and got a quote of 1149 with listed issues. The staff member said he already ordered the parts despite without a consent from me. I got frustrated with they sounded reluctant to return my car unless I had my car fixed. Comparing the price and the list of service at Ultratune to my previous services, Ultratune charged much more for a lot less checking. Later I took my car to another mechanic and found out one out of those urgent replacements were urgent. Otherwise I'd pay an extra 859 and for products that are more expensive than retail prices.
Sent my car there to check the aircon, they said they gonna contact me in about half an hour after they inspect the car. Haven’t heard from they until the end of the day with a 1400 quote and has start working on it already without even telling me. Waited for a week heard nothing from them another week still nothing. Get the car back said they detected super knocks and cleared the spark plugs and the knock sensor, thanks to that now the engine knocks even worse and comes up with an engine check light. This is unacceptable.
My car was in for roadworthy. Day 1 inspection. Friday Day 2 supposed to get a windshield I drove my car in to find out they forgot to ring me and cancel. Sat Day 3 wash the engine bay to find oil leak. Monday Day 4 I have had the windshield done. Tuesday. And i waited until after 5.45pm and they send me home with half of my exhaust missing Day 5 Took all day to supply and fit new rocker cover gaskets and a transmission seal. Wednesday Day 6 they had missed something in the inspection and had to change it diff bush. I picked up my car to find a boot print in my cream carpet no d you I supplied a black matt to prevent this. Thursday Day 7 had to return once more due to the fact they had forgot to refit my stone guard/cover to the bottom of the motor.
I wanted to take my car here for an emergency service on a Saturday. No one was there when I arrived, so I waited. Eventually an employee showed up. Once inside, he told us that it's better to bring my car back during the week because they do a rushed job on the weekends (he says that mechanics just want to leave). So, we arranged to bring it back Monday. When I arrived on Monday, no one was there. I waited half an hour, and then called head office. They didn't know anything about the situation, but they suspected that whoever was meant to be there just hadn't shown up and told me to go home. I will never use this mechanic again.
Went to UltraTune in Bulleen. We had organise to drop off the car at 8:30am (they advertise being open from 8am) and arrived at 8:15am with no-one in the building... had to wait around for him to arrive. We picked the car up the next day after the service... and the same thing happened! How can you advertise being open when you turn up late despite having bookings... had to wait 20 minutes to pick up my car and they didn't even offer a printout of what they'd done on the car, we had to ask for it. For 780, I'm appalled.
Not recommended. Charge me 2K for major repair work and it doesn't fix the issue. Moreover, a new problem was created from the repair which I have to spend extra money for with different mechanics.
Had booked a service for 930, but when I showed up no one was there waited 20 mins, no one. Rang the guys in andin the next suburb they took care of it immediately. Lots of issues with this franchise and opening times.
