We moved here a year ago and by luck picked this practice. The staff are professional, courteous and empathetic. We are both happy with our doctor of choice and feel completely satisfied that we have fantastic primary carers to manage our health needs.

You would expect a GP to have communications skills. This person sits there and says nothing. Past his use by date it would seem as he really is out of touch with modern world.
Unhappy about not being told that my appointment would not be with my regular Dr and being told there is no time allowed for any questions I may have regarding receiving a COVID Vaccine tomorrow.
Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Even though I'm not local, they treated me with such great care and took time to understand what was wrong with me rather than rushing me out. The staff are so amazing and friendly and I felt so safe in their hands.
An excellent practice for me and my family. Staff are wonderful with my toddler and baby and are always lovely and thorough. The practice are also great with following up.
Fully booked but managed to sneak in on the day due to a cancellation. Really appreciate them seeing me on short notice and found both reception and the gps to be wonderful.
This practice was one of the best until around three years ago. Now you can never get an appointment with your own Doctor and are pushed from pillar to post seeing whoever you are lucky enough to get an appointment with! Half the time you cannot get an appointment with any of the reputable doctors in the practice on the day you call! Reception use to be friendly and know people by name. Sadly that is also no longer the case, they don't let on they know you from one appointment to another and cracking a smile and passing the time of day is a thing of the past! Sadly this practice no longer meets my family's needs due to these factors and after over 10 years we will no longer be using their services!
Receptionists are very friendly and 5 different doctors to choose from depending on what length of consultantion you need. . . .clean and tidy facility so glad that the doctor had toys for my son to play with while in the appointment as well
