Great store! Clean, tidy and a great range of products.. but this place definitely lacks in customer service! After heading in last Saturday to buy a few things for our new kegerator that we purchased from them the day before for over 1000 we struggled to get a minute of the owners time to help us out with some questions we had. We were so disappointed as being that we are new to the world of home brewing we were looking for a store that we could rely on to go back to over and over again to buy all the things we need and maybe ask some questions here and there. But we will be looking elsewhere to buy our supplies from in the future.
