Did the Jurassic Park theme room and finished with 7 minutes to spare. Enjoyable room but some confusing messaging between caution signs in the room and what needed to be done to solve the puzzles. Also an anti-climatic ending, we unlocked the final door and were just back out at the lockers to get our things and go. Not a high quality escape room, we got it through a deal and I'm glad we didn't pay the regular 80.

Lots of fun!! I walked in thinking it may be easy or too straight forward, however, the puzzles were well put together. We escaped with 5mins to spare and we hadad such a great time, we will be back soon to try the other rooms!!!
Escape room is very mediocre, home-made kind of job. Not really professional. But I got a cheap deal from groupon so I wasnt to upset about that, but would NOT pay full price. The last clue to open the lock was ridiculous. And when we finished, the Asian lady wouldnt explain to us the last clue and when I asked a simple question she almost became aggressive in her language as if I was questioning her clue? She basically told us to leave straight away as we were the last group she had, we just waked out with no goodbye. kind of bad customer service.
Jurassic Lab wasn't super-well put together, and resulted in being very difficult.
The worst escape room experiences I've been to. You ask for help on the walkie talkie but half the time it doesn't work and you cannot hear the woman on the other side properley. She sounds rushed and impatient that we can't hear her like she blames us. Tried two escape rooms here and they were very average, not fun or stimulating.
We enjoyed our visit here. We did the "Jurassic Park" room. While it was rated the hardest we didnt find it unachievable and completed it with time to spare after one hint. The room itself isnt large, so while they allow up to 6 people, I wouldnt recommend any more than 4. The room is quite linear so you are all working on the same puzzle at the same time. There are also hints in the rooms, so if you are interested in a challenge you can ask the host to make the room harder by removing these. Looking at previous reviews, a number of people were upset with the host, however we found her very supportive. We were contacted and a hint offered when it looked like we were stuck. We didn't have to accept but the offer kept us on top of our time. Groupon has a deal for this place as well, not sure we would attend at full price.
We had good fun very entertaining! Unfortunately, the girl from the stuff wasn't very charismatic, made us feel uncomfortable in some way.
This was our first time at an escape room. We brought our 11 year old son here for his birthday and did the haunted prison. We absolutely loved it. Some puzzles were a bit tricky to work out but it was a lot of fun. The staff was very helpful. Definitely coming back to try out the other rooms.
