Tracey absolutely literally changed my life. She is patient, down to earth and empathetic. She is absolutely professional and I love that she often refers to psychology theory (esp neuroscience) when relevant, and makes a great effort to keep her knowledge-base current. She has helped me make sense of myself and my (disfunctional!) family, giving me tools to sort through and make sense of things when they depart from the ideal that you have for your own life. The skills she taught me and the steps in planning for discussions/confrontations saved me. She also assisted with communication within my marriage, to ensure that I had the best support at home for the difficult conversations I needed to have elsewhere. She’s incredible. I just really wanted to say that the difference Tracey has made in my life is profound. I have been the instigator of my own authentic, created happiness and I honestly do owe it to her and the tools she gave me in my hours of need. I am eternally grateful and will never forget it. After you’ve established sessions with her, she’s happy to take appointments by text! Also, amazing

Me and my husband are grateful for what Tracey has done and how she helped us with resolving our problems. Very human, down to Earth and open minded person.
